Warranty policy
At ECO GRILL we believe that premium products deserve a premium warranty which is why our performance electric grills come with the following Warranty as standard (non-transferrable).
- Home Series - 2 years warranty which can be extended by further 3 years for a total of 5 Years (free of charge) by registering your product within 30 days of purchase.
- Pro Series - 2 year warranty which can be extended further, however due to the commercial use this is only available through an additional fee. We can offer a subscription based service or a bespoke solution to cater to your specific business needs.
- The warranty period for traders for goods delivered by ECO GRILL shall be one year from the date of delivery of the goods.
ECO GRILL undertake to provide the following warranty against defective materials and workmanship on the following basis:
- Home Series electric grills — 2 years from purchase date or 5 years from purchase date if product has been registered within 30 days of purchase.
- Pro Series electric grills - 2 years from purchase date unless otherwise specified though an agreed extended warranty period subject to additional fees.
- Accessories - manufacturers’ warranty applies.
- The warranty is only valid where the product has not been modified, relocated or changed in any way. Servicing or replacement of parts is to be done by authorised repair centres only.
- We undertake to rectify free of charge any material fault which develops within the period shown above, so far as is reasonable, other than wearing parts or anything caused by unfair wear and tear or natural weathering and aging. Corrosion and related damage is excluded where grills are installed in coastal areas.
- Our electric grills are 'splashproof' for cleaning purposes however they are not 'waterproof' therefore they should not be submerged or exposed to running water or open elements. It is recommended that a suitable cover is purchased by the customer to maintain the manufacturer's warranty.
- Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (also known as ‘statutory rights’) or any other rights you may have in law (see adviceguide.org.uk for more details of your legal rights).
What is covered under the warranty?
- Repair or replacement (at ECO GRILL’s discretion) of your electric grill, including all parts and labour.
What is not covered under the warranty?
- Normal wear and tear.
- Accidental damage or faults caused by negligent use or care, misuse, neglect, careless operation or handling of the ECO GRILL appliance which is not in accordance with the Operating Manual supplied with your grill.
- Damage caused by improper use.
- Damage caused by use of parts not assembled or installed in accordance with the operating instructions.
- Damage caused by use of parts and accessories which are not ECO GRILL Genuine Components.
- Faulty installation (except where installed by ECO GRILL).
- Repairs or alterations carried out by parties other than ECO GRILL or its authorised repair centres.
