If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original unused condition and packaging within 14 days of the date you received the item and we will issue a full refund for the cost of the item. Please contact our team at returns@eco-grill.co.uk and refer to our Return Policy link above for our full T&Cs.

Our 'Home' series of electric chargrills are intended for external use only and should never be used in garages, roofed or enclosed porches or verandas. Please note that the grills are 'splashproof' for cleaning purposes however they are not 'waterproof' therefore they should not be left exposed to the elements. We recommend that you purchase a suitable waterproof cover to maintain your warranty and enjoy your grill for years to come.

ECO GRILL undertakes no liability for damage caused by indoor use or within unventilated areas. 

Our 'PRO' series of electricl chargrills are intended for internal use only and they require a commercial grade ventilation as retail grade cooker hoods are unlikely to cope with the smoke extraction. Please note that the grills are 'splashproof' for cleaning purposes however they are not 'waterproof' therefore they should not be submerged or exposed to running water.

For simplified maintenance and long-term use all of our grills are constructed from 'food grade' stainless steel (AISI 304). As the heating elements double as the cooking grates, following initial pre-heat process the stainless steel tubes will turn a light brown or gold color. This is a reaction to the heat and is perfectly normal.

For optimal performance we would advise against using extension cords, however If you must use one, please consult with a qualified electrician to ensure that your chosen extension cord is suitable for use with your ECO GRILL.

ECO GRILL undertakes no liability for damage caused by use of extension cords. 

Your new ECO GRILL is supplied together with operating instructions available in multiple languages. If your operating instructions should happen to not be included with your delivery, please contact our customer service team and we will send you an electronic version (PDF).

Our 'Home' Series of electric chargrills come with a standard 2 Year Warranty. This can be extended by further 3 Years (for a total of 5 Years) free of charge if you register your product within 30 days of purchase. Please refer to the Registration Form link above.

Our 'PRO' series of chargrills come with a standard 2 Year Warranty. Due to the commercial use, the extended warranty options are only available subject to additional fees. Please contact us at warranty@eco-grill.co.uk with your specific requirements and will provide you with a bespoke quotation that can cater to your needs.
